I had a great time at the hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome during my stay. In terms of cleanliness, this place was top-notch. The hotel staff made sure that everything was tidy and orderly. Additionally, the hotel facilities were fantastic! I was able to enjoy the amenities and had a great time relaxing. Besides, the location was ideal for me as it was easily accessible by public transportation. Lastly, I found the breakfast offered here quite delicious, which was a cherry on top of my stay.
No issues. This city has so much to offer, and this hotel was a great place to stay!

Staying here was a convenient choice for us as it's located half-way between the city and the airport. the rooms were clean and quiet, while the staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast; there was a good variety of cooked and continental choices, along with an option of Vietnamese dish. the gym on the 7th floor was reasonably equipped, and we found it up to our standards.
One thing we didn't like was that on arrival, the hotel staff wanted to keep our passports. after some discussion, we were able to keep them with us, but they made a copy of it for their records.

Spent my xmas holidays at a hotel which was situated in a lovely location, halfway between the city and the airport. The staff were very helpful in assisting us with any questions or requests we had. We were provided with a delicious and filling breakfast each morning, and the hotel was spotless.
The gym was poorly equipped, and some of the equipment was outdated. The room was a bit too small for my liking, and the bed was uncomfortable.

The comfortable rooms were really local standard. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel had a good location and was convenient for exploring Hanoi. The overall experience at Hoa Dao Hotel was satisfactory.

So, my family stayed at a hotel during Easter and the location of the place was pretty good. It was in the middle of the airport and the city which made it very convenient for us to travel. the hotel had a decent breakfast spread that included both continental and cooked dishes. We particularly enjoyed the Pho which was served after 6:30 am.
